1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available on full-priced items returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.


2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds on sale items, promotional purchases, gift cards, or custom-made products unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.


3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@jevoir.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received a damaged or wrong item? We're sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.


7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or color.
