We currently ship all over the UK and offer limited international shipping. For international orders, please contact us before placing your order.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location or during high-volume periods.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Free shipping may apply on promotional offers or minimum purchase values.
5. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can track your parcel anytime.
6. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery delays caused by weather, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control. We’ll always keep you informed of any major disruptions.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Jevoir is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Missed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. Re-delivery will incur additional shipping charges.
9. International Shipping
For international orders, delivery times and customs charges vary by country. Customers are responsible for any duties or import taxes.
