Return Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
1. Return Window
You can return your item within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and unwashed
• In its original packaging
• With tags still attached
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns on:
• Sale or discounted items
• Custom-made or personalized orders
• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Used or damaged items
4. How to Request a Return
Email us at info@jevoir.com with your:
• Order number
• Item name
• Reason for return
We’ll reply with return instructions within 24–48 hours.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable courier.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
Received a faulty or incorrect item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or process a refund right away.
7. Refunds for Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved returns are refunded within 7 business days via the original payment method.
8. Exchange Policy
Need a different size or color? Please return the original item for a refund, then place a new order separately.
9. Late Returns
Items returned after 7 days without approval may not be accepted or refunded. Please contact us before returning anything.
